Terms & Conditions: This ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination with denial of admission at management’s discretion upon refund of purchase price to original purchaser, and without refund if the Holder violates The Rules of Conduct deemed appropriate by Management. In conformance with The Rules of Conduct, alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices, inappropriate clothing or clothing not being worn and containers of any kind, may be excluded from the premises. Ticket Holder attests that this ticket has not been purchased by illegal or fraudulent means. The Holder grants permission to Eventix and affiliates, and the organizer/promoter of the Event to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions and statements in any live or recorded audio, video or photographic display or other transmission, exhibition, publication or reproduction made of or at the Event in any medium or context for editorial, commercial or promotional purposes without further authorization or compensation. Holder assumes all risk related to any Event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to this Event. Holder agrees that the provider, facility, management, employees, athletes and performers are not liable for injuries, losses or fraudulent use arising from the purchase of the Ticket for this Event. The resale or attempted resale of this ticket at a price higher than appearing heron is ground for seizure and voided without compensation. Duplicate tickets may be refused entry. Tickets which are lost, stolen, counterfeit, or obtained from unauthorized sources will be void. This ticket is NOT redeemable for cash.
