Horse Expo Ticket Terms & Conditions

General Terms
This ticket is a revocable license, subject to termination at management’s discretion, with or without refund. If terminated with refund, it will be issued to the original purchaser only. If the Holder violates The Rules of Conduct, no refund will be issued. The Holder agrees to comply with all applicable local, provincial, and federal laws while attending the event.
Prohibited Items & Conduct
In accordance with The Rules of Conduct, alcohol, illegal drugs, professional cameras and recording devices, inappropriate clothing (including lack of appropriate attire), and containers of any kind may be prohibited on the premises. Management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual who does not adhere to these policies. Live streaming of the Trainer’s Showdown sessions and finals is strictly prohibited.
Ticket Validity & Fraud Prevention
The Holder affirms that this ticket has been obtained through authorized sales channels and has not been altered, duplicated, or acquired fraudulently. Unauthorized or counterfeit tickets will be void and subject to seizure without compensation. Duplicate tickets will be refused entry. Lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets obtained from unauthorized sources will not be honored.
Use of Likeness
By attending this event, the Holder grants permission to Horse Expo Canada, its title sponsor, and their affiliates to utilize the Holder’s image, likeness, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, photographic display, or other transmission, exhibition, publication, or reproduction made of or at the Event in any medium or context for editorial, commercial, or promotional purposes without further authorization or compensation.
Assumption of Risk & Limitation of Liability
The Holder assumes all risks related to attending the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. Horse Expo Canada, its title sponsor, venue provider, management, employees, athletes, and performers are not liable for injuries, losses, damages, or fraudulent use arising from the purchase or use of this ticket.
Ticketing Platform & Policies
Tickets purchased online are processed through SimpleTix. Your purchase will appear on your credit or check card as SQ*HORSE EXPO CANADA. Tickets purchased through SimpleTix are subject to SimpleTix’s Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy, which may be updated at any time without prior notice.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds are available upon request for the base ticket price only, excluding any processing or service fees (refund schedule below). All refund requests must be submitted by April 15, 2025 to tickets@horseexpo.ca. Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Ticket exchanges may be permitted on a case-by-case basis. If you require an exchange, contact the Box Office at tickets@horseexpo.ca. Refunds will not be issued after April 15, 2025 except in cases where the event is canceled by Horse Expo Canada.

VIP 3-Day – $209.21 + GST = $219.67
Adult 3-Day – $55.85 + GST = $58.64
Youth 3-Day – $46.78 + GST = $49.12
Adult 1-Day – $23.21 + GST = $24.37
Youth 1-Day – $18.67 + GST = $19.60
Data Protection & Privacy
By purchasing a ticket, the Holder consents to the collection, use, and sharing of their information as described in our Privacy Policy. The Holder acknowledges that SimpleTix and Horse Expo Canada may process their personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
Acknowledgment of Terms
By purchasing a ticket, the Holder acknowledges and agrees to abide by Horse Expo Canada’s Ticket Terms & Conditions. Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
