Day 1 – How to recognize some signals that horses communicate to us through their body language. In a positive and safe way, helping you get a different perspective on how to “slow down” and “take the time” to respond to the horses body language. To clearly understand your horse on the ground or under saddle we need to slow down, listen and understand our equine partner.
Day 2 – The importance of learning to how to soften. Helping you to understand the importance of softening your approach to your horse, through your mind and your body language. Communicating to your horse clearly and creating confidence in you and your horse. With success on the ground, by taking the time and learning to soften, we gain their trust.
Day 3 – Becoming aware of your progress is proof of your success. All groundwork leads to creating success in ourselves and our horses so we can move to the next step. Helping you gain the confidence you need to progress to the next steps; riding, competing. Stay consistent with how you communicate. Gain your confidence from the consistency in your progress. Create a desire for challenging ourselves to reach higher with our horsemanship goals. In our horsemanship we strive to never give up on our horses, or ourselves.
With young horses & children, for the safety of all including your pet we ask that you please leave all pets at home. With the exception of Certified Service Animals. Thank you!
